Where are you located and what are your hours of operation?
I am located in Holly Springs, NC and am available for sessions Tuesday through Saturday. If you're interested in scheduling a session on Sunday, please don't hesitate to call to discuss your options.

How do I book a session?
Booking a session with Andrea Murray Photography is straightforward! You can reach out to us via our website, email, or phone to discuss your desired date and available options. Please note that a deposit is required to secure your appointment.

How long are your sessions?
Session lengths vary based on the type of photography service selected. For example, a Headshot Session is as short as 15 minutes; however, with a portrait session, you can expect the shoot to last an hour or up to 2 hours. If you're booking a more extensive service, such as an event (we do require. a 2-hour minimum booking), the session could take several hours to ensure every important moment is captured.

What payment options do you offer for your sessions?
Not to worry! Through my website booking, I take credit and debit cards. However, if you need to utilize another method of payment, please feel free to contact me as I can accept pretty much all payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. Feel free to let me know - I am more than happy to accommodate.

Do you offer prints or digitals?
We offer both! You can select from high-resolution digital files, low resolution digital files, professional prints, albums, and stunning wall art to beautifully display your cherished memories. However, we would like to highlight that prints and/or digitals are not included in the cost of the session.

When will I receive my photos?
Editing takes time to ensure the best quality. Most sessions are delivered within 5-10 business days (depending on the current workload) weeks, while larger sessions like event "may" take up to 2 weeks. If you need your photos sooner, please inquire about our rush processing options.

What is your cancellation policy and what happens if the weather is bad for an outdoor session?
If you need to cancel, please provide at least 72 hours' notice. I will assist you in rescheduling your appointment for a time that suits you best. In the event of inclement weather, we can either choose another day or move the session indoors. I will keep in touch to ensure we make the best decision together.
